As a result of the continuous increase in clients in the Vertys Digital area, we have structured our Technical Support in a more efficient and effective way.
To counter this trend, and in order to ensure ever-improving service, we are hiring and training more resources.
It is the prerogative of Vertysystem to provide free and quality Technical Assistance on the operation of its products.
Regarding consulting or specific technical advice, on the other hand, we have thought of VERTYS CARE, a service that gives you the right to access remote consultations and many other advantages.
VERTYS CARE can be purchased in the following ways (all packages are valid for 12 months):
• 3 hour pack for only 59,70 €
• 6 hour pack for only 119,40 €
• 12 hour pack for only 238,80 €
Customers who join the 12 hour program will also have the following benefit:
• “Replacement Machine” service in case of breakdowns, including machines out of warranty*
* We guarantee the printing service in our laboratory if the “Replenishment Machines” are exhausted. Transportation and insurance costs are excluded.
At each activation of the service, Vertysystem will commit to plant a tree to repopulate the Asiago Plateau, which was severely affected by Hurricane Vaia.
