The Vertys Mineral line was developed to address the need for a next-generation composite with unique characteristics. The newly designed matrix, based on Urethane Dimethacrylate, has been specifically engineered to achieve a highly performant material.

Additionally, Vertys Mineral composites are distinguished by their superior plasticity compared to other composites, excellent workability, abrasion resistance, and structural rigidity compatible with the new FRC materials available on the market today.

Thanks to its outstanding characteristics, Vertys Mineral exhibits very high plaque resistance. Its unique structure and micro-filler content ensure a smooth, compact, and glossy surface.

Pink Flow Shades

Vertys Mineral Pink fluid shades are available in eight different colors: White, Light, Medium, Dark, Flamingo, Plume, Salmon, and Extra Dark. They are ideal for the surface characterization of gums. The UMDA-based composition ensures that these shades are not only beautiful when polished but also have a highly durable color over time.

Pink Paste Shades

Vertys Mineral Pink paste shades are available in two different colors: Light and Medium. Their plasticity makes them ideal for an initial application on the surface of the tissues. They combine perfectly with flow materials for characterization. The UMDA-based composition ensures that these shades are not only beautiful when polished but also have a highly durable color over time.

COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH

The compressive strength was determined by compressing a cylinder with a diameter of 4 mm and a height of 6 mm on a composite sample. The result obtained indicates the behavior of the composite in the mouth. The in vitro tests reflect the real behavior of the material in various clinical situations.

SURFACE ABRASION

The test measures the degree of superficial abrasion of the composite after polishing. A low value indicates greater gloss, which is crucial for the aesthetics of restorations. A smooth and compact surface helps prevent plaque buildup. The formulation of Mineral ensures that both aesthetics and function remain intact over time.

COLOR STABILITY

Ensuring the stability of the composite has been a priority for us. With an extremely low water absorption rate of 15 ng/mm³, the new formulation of the Mineral composite guarantees excellent color stability over time.

BARCOL HARDNESS

The composite sample was subjected to a specific test to determine the material’s hardness. Uniform pressure was applied to the composite using a special tool, which penetrated the material and quantified the hardness in numerical terms. High values allow the composite to withstand abrasion during chewing.
