SINTERED QUARTZ FILAMENTS AND COMPOSITE MATRIX

Vertys Mineral Quartz Plus

We are already in the future…

Monolithic in Quartz Fiber!

It is a “tuft” made of sintered Quartz Fiber and composite matrix, available in dentinal or pink color. The material is particularly suitable for implant-supported works.

Monoblocks made entirely of Quartz Fiber can be created in just 60 minutes. These can then be quickly characterized using the Vertys Mineral composite line. Thanks to its incredible flexural strength, Vertys Mineral Quartz Plus ensures stability and excellent performance even in the case of extended cantilevers!

For those who prefer to use traditional commercial teeth, Mineral Quartz Plus Pink, in pink color, can be printed. This will also serve as a substructure, using the Vertysystem equipment.

The processing will be incredibly fast, easy, and repeatable.

The benefits of Vertys Mineral Quartz Plus don’t stop there: our protocols also include completely metal-free Quartz Fiber bridges, secondary structures for telescopic caps, substructures for over-dentures, and much more!

Vertys Mineral Quartz Plus is a Class IIa certified medical device.
