Apolix is the brand new thermo-polymerizer, completely automatic, which can do both cold and hot polymerization. It can be used also just with pressure. Very useful for setting Vertysystem silicones under pressure.

Apolix comes with 4 Vertysystem programs already set: Vertys Prothesis Excel, Vertys Prothesis Hot, Vertys Templus and Vertys Surgical programs.

Vertysystem Apolix programs

Ideal program for Vertys Prothesis Excel mobile prosthesis cold resin filled with composite microspheres. For an optimal polymerization quality, keep the pressure at 2 Bar and fill the chamber with at least 3/4 of water.

Ideal program for Vertys Prothesis Hot mobile prosthesis resin loaded with composite microspheres. For an optimal polymerization quality, keep the pressure at 2 Bar and fill the chamber with at least 3/4 of water.
