2020 was a difficult year, in some ways even dramatic, we had never been through such an experience.
The same that has led us to dedicate even more resources to grow and improve further. Planning, developing and investing in new projects, already thinking about 2021, was our first goal.
• Vertys TV •
First of all we have updated many Vertysystem Video Tutorials making them more dynamic, lean but at the same time more complete. They will all be available on our YouTube and Instagram channel very soon!
Video Tutorials have been added to the videos that we called “Smart Tips”, where we wanted to optimize (in a few seconds) many useful tips for daily work.
An extraordinary help for our customers, and in particular for all those who would like to get closer to our equipment and consumer products.
Furthermore, we have finally summarized in a video of a few minutes all the potential of the Furbo Plexi Verticulator, an equipment that is underestimated by many, but with multiple uses!
We also focused on new protocol processes such as the Pressed Paste Composite, a process made possible thanks to the new Furbo Composite flask.
Soon we will present a new concept of Disposable Muffle, ideal for composite and / or resin works to be carried out quickly and economically. Muffle that integrates perfectly with the Vertysystem protocol. Another fundamental aspect is that this disposable equipment can be stored, in order to replicate the previously performed process at any time.

We have not focused only on modernizing analogue but also on how to combine digital, especially 3D printing, with more classic processes.
2021 is the year in which we will officially present our small but high performance Moon Night 3D Printer. Extremely useful and interesting printer for the Dental Laboratory and the Small Dental Practice.
In the second half of the year, the Moon Night XL 3D Printer will also arrive with a double printing plan of the younger sister.
It will also be the first printer to have automatic temperature control inside the printing chamber.
Always remaining in the technological field, the new printers will be combined with the new Intraoral Scanner by Shining 3D: Scanner with extraordinary features and an extremely competitive price.
On the occasion of the Colloquium Dental in October, 2 new photo-polymerizers will arrive, which will be added to the current Moonlight 2.
The first will be a perfect “Compact” for the Dental Practice or for anyone with space problems: this equipment will do both the washing and the photo-polymerization of the printed pieces. The machine will be extremely compact with the usual refined design that distinguishes our equipment.
The second photo-polymerizer, on the other hand, will be ideal for very demanding clients from a qualitative point of view: the machine works with completely revised and enhanced frequencies, suitable both for extremely complex composite processing and for obtaining an extraordinary quality of 3D printed materials. The customer can decide to fill the Argon gas chamber for a photo-polymerization in the absence of oxygen, all managed by a software specifically created for this machine.
To complete the program of printers and new photo-polymerizers there will be a box that will act as a container to store the resin trays without having to clean them every time. A fan equipped with a resistor will be able to keep the ideal temperature stable for 3D printing. This machine was made especially with the coldest months of the year in mind.

For us at a.gree, the cultural aspect, continuous information and direct contact with our customers have always been our priority.
For this reason, we have already scheduled Webinars, both for Italy but also for abroad, to illustrate the things presented here.
A unique and unrepeatable moment will be “Mani 2”, an event that no dental technician should miss!
Eight great masters, who in addition to presenting their undoubted technical skills, will also remember the death of their colleague and friend Tony Billè.
A mini congress that will take place on April 24th at the Confartigianato di Vicenza, where there will be some interesting surprises!
All the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Brain Onlus Association of Altavilla Vicentina.
• Colloquium Dental •
2021 is also the year of the most important event that takes place in Italy: Colloquium Dental, Montichiari on 21-22-23 October.
The last three editions have been extremely successful for us. The greatest dental technicians have come to visit our stand, every year we present numerose and important news, new customers are approaching the use of the Vertysystem and our Parties are always an opportunity for conviviality and fun!
With these premises we are preparing for the 2021 edition, trying once again to surpass ourselves, the ideas are there and they are clear!
Towards the end of the year a completely new and demanding project will be completed which will involve the Dental Laboratory and the Dental Practice, united not only by the realization of the works but also by multiple services …
